By visiting our website, purchasing from us, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here or made available by hyperlink, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our jewelry accurately. However, colors, finishes, scale, and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and the handmade or naturally varied characteristics of some materials. Product images may be enlarged or styled for display and may not represent exact scale.

Measurements and sizing information are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and size information before ordering.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or modify descriptions and prices at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Prices, Billing, and Orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable costs will be displayed or calculated as required before checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing or listing error occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or unusually large or repeated orders. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Discount codes have no cash value, may be subject to additional conditions, and generally cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees. We will ship orders within the time stated in our Shipping Policy or product listing. If no shipping time is stated, applicable law may require shipment within a specified period. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any notice, consent option, cancellation right, or refund required by law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs processing, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Any provisions concerning lost, stolen, delayed, refused, or returned packages are governed by our Shipping Policy, subject always to rights that cannot legally be waived. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

6. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Issues

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and missing items are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

7. Jewelry Care and Wear Disclaimer

Jewelry is delicate and may scratch, bend, break, fade, tarnish, discolor, or lose stones through ordinary wear, improper storage, exposure to moisture or chemicals, or contact with products such as perfume, lotion, hair products, cleaning agents, chlorine, and salt water. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, cleaning, or participating in strenuous activity.

Care instructions help extend the life of jewelry but do not guarantee that wear, fading, or tarnishing will not occur. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, modification, or unauthorized repair are not manufacturing defects.

Individual reactions vary, and we do not guarantee that any product will be allergy-free or suitable for every person. Terms such as “hypoallergenic,” “nickel-free,” “gold-plated,” “gold-filled,” or similar descriptions do not guarantee that a customer will not experience irritation or an allergic reaction.

If you have known metal sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns, review the listed materials and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before wearing the product. Stop wearing any item that causes irritation, swelling, pain, or another adverse reaction. Smoré Girl is not a medical provider, and product descriptions or care information are not medical advice.

9. Child-Safety and Choking-Hazard Disclaimer

Our jewelry and packaging may contain small parts and may present choking, strangulation, or injury hazards. Unless a product is expressly identified as intended for children, our products are designed for adults and are not toys. Keep jewelry, charms, chains, clasps, packaging, and related materials away from babies and young children. Adult supervision does not eliminate all risk.

10. Personalization and Customer-Submitted Content

For customized or personalized products, you are responsible for verifying all names, dates, spellings, sizes, selections, and other submitted details before ordering. We may produce the item exactly as submitted. Personalized products may be final sale to the extent permitted by law and as stated in our Refund Policy.

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, feedback, designs, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content does not violate another person’s rights or any law. Unless we separately agree otherwise, you grant Smoré Girl a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you voluntarily submit to us for operating, improving, and promoting our business. You may request that we stop using identifiable customer content in future marketing by contacting us, subject to content already lawfully produced or published.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, frame, or exploit our content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Before filing a lawsuit, you and Smoré Girl agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and allow 30 days for a response, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.
